Here you can find the options for how I can be involved in Your wedding day. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Travel up to 1 hour each way from Runcorn is included in the price of all packages. To allow me to offer my service nationwide, travel beyond that first hour is priced at the time of booking.
It is calculated using Google Maps predictions on the same day of the week and time that travel to and from the wedding will likely be, at £10 per 15 minutes of additional round-trip time.
Ceremony Essentials Package
- Live Music for the moments that matter most: Bridal entrance, signing of the register and exit of the new couple
- Pick from my carefully curated wedding repertoire list
- Instrument options:
Violin + backing tracks,
Vocal + backing tracks,
Vocal + Piano provided by the venue,
Piano solo (Piano provided by the venue)
- Travel up to 1 hour radius from Runcorn included in the price
- Any extras needed (like further travel, individual custom songs, Stage Piano etc.), feel free to ask

Classic Ceremony Package
- Prelude music: Pick up to 30 minutes of beautiful live music from my carefully curated wedding repertoire list
- Custom picked songs for the moments that matter most: Bridal entrance, Signing of the register and exit of the new couple
- Instrument options:
Violin + backing tracks,
Vocal + backing tracks,
Vocal + Piano provided by the venue or Stage Piano provided by me,
Piano solo (Piano provided by the venue or Stage Piano provided by me)
- Travel up to 1 hour radius from Runcorn included in the price
- Any extras needed (like further travel, additional custom songs etc.), feel free to ask

Bespoke Ceremony Package
- up to 30 minutes of prelude music: Pick from my setlist of carefully curated wedding-appropriate songs in my existing repertoire
Plus: Pick up to 5 custom picked songs not on the list for prelude.
- Custom picked songs for the moments that matter most: Bridal entrance, signing of the register and exit of the new couple
- Instrument options:
Violin + backing tracks,
Vocal + backing tracks,
Vocal + Piano provided by the venue or Stage Piano provided by me,

- Everything in the Classic Ceremony package
- Plus: Drinks reception or Wedding breakfast or Foyer Live background music from my carefully curated list of wedding appropriate songs (You can of course veto or lock in any songs on the list you feel strongly about)
- Instrument choice does not have to be the same as in the ceremony and Stage Piano option is included in the price
- Travel up to 1 hour radius from Runcorn included in the price
- 1 hour waiting time between performance sets included in the price
- Any extras needed (like further travel, additional performance sets, longer waiting time between performance sets, additional custom songs etc.), feel free to ask

Bespoke Extended package

How I create your custom wedding soundtrack:
(Applies to Classic and Bespoke packages)
If you have been exploring my website a little bit, you might have noticed that I absolutely love unusual song choices, unique medleys, and creative genre swaps! This is why learning and arranging your special requests is fully included in the package price.
This applies to the key ceremony moments (Bridal entrance, signing of the register and exit of the new couple), and, in the case of the bespoke package, up to 5 songs in the prelude during guests' arrival.
What's Included in your package?
Solo piano or piano and vocal: I will create a custom arrangement of your song or medley to perform live on the day. This is part of your package, including special wishes for the arrangement, genre swaps and custom medleys.
For violin or vocals with backing tracks: If available, sourcing a professional-level backing track for your custom song choice is part of your package.
Custom production upgrade (£30-£75 per song):
If you choose violin or vocal with backing tracks, I would be delighted to record and produce a custom backing track for any songs that are so rare or unusual that no professional-grade backing track exists, or for requests that include a medley, a genre swap or specific ideas for the arrangement.
The same applies to writing out notation for collaboration with another musician, for the same types of song requests.
This involves a significant time commitment ahead of the wedding, which is why I can only take on a small number of weddings with these requests at a time. To make sure I can give these requests the attention to detail and the quality outcome they deserve, this upgrade costs an additional £30-75 per song, depending on the complexity of the arrangement and therefore studio hours required.
